These terms cover your use of Recipe Sender for Thermomix®, a ChatGPT plugin operated by byGMV. By using the plugin you agree to them.

What the plugin does

Recipe Sender for Thermomix® turns a recipe written in ChatGPT into a public Cookidoo® link with guided cooking steps, which you save to your own Cookidoo account. Unofficial: not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Vorwerk. Thermomix® and Cookidoo® are trademarks of Vorwerk.

• Sending works for Cookidoo accounts registered in these countries: Argentina (AR), Brazil (BR), Brunei (BN), Chile (CL), Colombia (CO), Cyprus (CY), Denmark (DK), Estonia (EE), Greece (GR), Guatemala (GT), Hungary (HU), Iceland (IS), Indonesia (ID), Israel (IL), Kuwait (KW), Lithuania (LT), Malaysia (MY), Malta (MT), Morocco (MA), Norway (NO), Panama (PA), Paraguay (PY), Peru (PE), Philippines (PH), Romania (RO), Saudi Arabia (SA), Singapore (SG), South Africa (ZA), Sweden (SE), Thailand (TH), Ukraine (UA), United Arab Emirates (AE), United States (US), Uruguay (UY), Vietnam (VN). A link only opens for accounts on the same Cookidoo country site, so it does not work for accounts registered anywhere else.
• Recipes are written by ChatGPT or by you. Send only recipes you have the right to share, not recipes copied from websites, books, or Cookidoo itself.
• When cover photos are enabled, the cover photo of a sent recipe is generated by AI, by the image generation provider fal.ai, from a short description of the dish, or from the recipe name and its main ingredients. It is an illustration and may not match the dish exactly. A recipe can also arrive without a photo.
• Check times, speeds, and temperatures before you cook. Guided settings can contain mistakes, and you are responsible for using your appliance safely.
• Sent recipes are public to anyone with the link. We may remove any recipe from our Cookidoo accounts at any time.

Acceptable use

Use the plugin for its stated purpose. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, probe it for vulnerabilities without permission, or submit unlawful content.

Some content shown by the plugin is written by ChatGPT at your request. It can contain mistakes. Check important information against authoritative sources before relying on it.

No warranty

The plugin is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind. byGMV does not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or fit for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, byGMV is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the plugin.

Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date below changes when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
